kf consulting can assist a district or school in creating paraprofessional standards and/ or guidelines based on national or state criteria or laws.  We will align those newly generated guidelines with teacher standards to create a cohesive set of policies and practices that can be used for training, support, assessment, or evaluation. 

While working with the State Education Resource Center (SERC) in Connecticut, Fenn developed an assessment checklist for paraprofessionals and a teacher supervisory checklist which align with the paraprofessional guidelines he also helped revise in 2007.

Communication is critical during any consultation process.  To that end, we endeavor to keep the channels open, honest, and frequent through the use of email, phone, private chat rooms, and video conferencing.
